FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Rafeeq need an internet connection to sell?

No. Rafeeq runs on the pharmacy's own computer. Sales, inventory, labels and reporting work entirely offline; the connection is used only for backups, updates, the owner's view and messaging.

Which messaging channels connect to Rafeeq?

WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger and Instagram connect through Meta's official platform, and orders from your pharmacy's web page arrive in the same inbox. Every reply goes back on the channel the customer used.

Can we migrate from our current system?

Yes. We import your items from Excel or your current system, and Rafeeq matches them to the drug reference with names, prices and barcodes. A guided checklist takes you from opening stock to your first sale.

How many workstations can we use?

Basic covers one counter, Pro up to three and Premium is unlimited. Additional counters connect to the main computer over the pharmacy's local network.

What happens if our computer fails?

Rafeeq keeps local backups and, encrypted, cloud backups every two hours whenever data changes. On a new computer, a single recovery link restores the entire pharmacy.

Does the clinical information replace the pharmacist?

No. Rafeeq brings the evidence to the counter, from indications and cautions to alternatives and doses, while the pharmacist remains the decision-maker. Dose rules stay in draft until the pharmacist in charge approves them.
