This policy explains what the Rafeeq website (rafeeqrx.com) does with information about you. In short: we do not track you, and we receive nothing until you contact us.
What we collect on the website
Nothing directly. The website has no sign-up and no forms that send us data. The chat assistant runs in your own browser: what you type stays there and is only sent to us if you choose to open WhatsApp with the prepared message.
When you contact us
If you message or call us, we receive what you send, such as your name, number, pharmacy name and area. We use it only to reply, arrange a demo and serve you as a customer, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The website keeps two small items in your browser's storage: your language choice and your acceptance of these terms. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
Services that load the website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, and its 3D graphics library loads from jsDelivr. Like any website host, they process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure. WhatsApp (Meta) handles any conversation you start with us there.
Pharmacy data in the software
Data that a pharmacy keeps in the Rafeeq software is covered by the agreement with that pharmacy, not by this policy. It stays on the pharmacy's own computer, and backups are encrypted before they leave it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you from your messages, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone at +20 127 003 9339.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
