Who we are
Rafeeq ("we", "us") provides pharmacy management software. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +20 127 003 9339.
What this website is for
The website describes Rafeeq and lets you contact us, ask questions and request a demo. Using the software itself is governed by a separate agreement signed with each pharmacy, not by these terms.
Information on the website
We work to keep the website accurate, but its content is general information about our product. Screens, medicines, prices and names shown in the tour and the chat are illustrations from a sample pharmacy. Nothing on the website is medical advice or a price offer.
The chat assistant
The assistant gives automatic answers to common questions and can prepare a WhatsApp message to our team. Its answers are general; our team confirms the details for your pharmacy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no copying of its content or design for commercial use without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The Rafeeq name, logo, website design, text and software are owned by Rafeeq. Other trademarks shown, such as medicine brands, belong to their owners.
Other services
Links to WhatsApp and other services take you to sites we do not control; their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it or relying on its general information.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we ask you to accept again when they change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
